Inspection & Exchange Policy
At [NP STOCK], your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priority. That’s why we make sure you have the chance to inspect your order before fully receiving it.
1. Inspection Before Final Delivery
• Upon delivery, you have the right to open the package, inspect the item, and try it on (for size) while the courier is present.
• If the item is not suitable for any reason, you can refuse to accept the order on the spot — no explanation needed. A shipping fee may apply.
• Once the courier leaves, returns are no longer accepted.
This policy is in place to protect product integrity, as we’ve had rare cases where items were swapped or mishandled after delivery. We truly appreciate your understanding.
2. Size Exchange or Product Issues
• If the size doesn’t fit or there’s a genuine issue with the product, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
• Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
3. Installment Orders (ValU, Aman, Bank Installments)
• For orders paid via installment services (ValU, Aman, or bank financing), you are still entitled to inspect and try the product upon delivery.
• If you choose not to accept it during delivery, your order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded within 2 business days.
• However, once the order is accepted and the courier leaves, returns are no longer allowed, for the same product integrity and quality control reasons mentioned above.
• Exchange for size or defect is still available within 3 business days.
