1. Returns
You can check and try the sneaker well before receiving and you can unreceive it without giving any reason with paying shipping fees

Return process:
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
Pack the sneakers securely in their original box and include all packaging materials
2. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it. If the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 2 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange your sneakers for a different size or style, follow the return process, and place a new order once your return is processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
